Eli Spencer is a junior from Kansas City, Missouri majoring in Philosophy and minoring in PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics), with the goal of attending law school. He has research interests in political science, political philosophy, and policy. Last summer Eli worked as an intern at his local court house working in the prosecutors office and this summer Eli plans to do work at the University of Notre Dame Center for Social Concerns.
