Quiñonez is the first woman to serve as Paraguay’s attorney general. She has fought drug traffickers and organized crime, specifically targeting money laundering that is used for the financing of terrorism.

Skaret, a 2002 graduate of Notre Dame Law School, is based at the US Embassy in Asunción. He will discuss public corruption in Paraguay and how drug trafficking is financing international terrorism.
