Chris A. Belasco is an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh, and he also manages enterprise technology projects for the City of Pittsburgh. He has authored and co-authored policy reports on foreign assistance support for democracy building, countering violent extremism, and rule of law. With research focusing on the electoral effects of social programs, Belasco has served as managing director for federally sponsored evaluation, research, and capacity building activities at the University of Pittsburgh. Belasco holds a PhD in public and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
