Francesca Lichtenberger '27 is a Political Science major at the University of Notre Dame with minors in Data Science, European Studies, French, and the Glynn Family Honors Program. Lichtenberger is passionate about immigration policy, refugee crises, human rights law, and the international political economy on the continent of Europe as well as within the European Union.
In addition to her involvement in the Kellogg Developing Researchers Program, Lichtenberger holds fellowships with the Nanovic Institute for European Studies, the Notre Dame International Security Center, the Notre Dame Democracy Initiative, and the Notre Dame Stamps Scholars Program.
Outside of research, she is involved in the Notre Dame Model United Nations Club, Notre Dame Student Government, and Walsh Hall Council. In her free time, she enjoys taking yoga sculpt classes, baking, painting, and learning languages.
