Keough School faculty member Lisa Schirch, a Kellogg faculty fellow, was recently featured in the BBC podcast “Sideways Chasing Peace: Peace Reimagined.”
The episode looks at the Israel-Gaza conflict, with host Matthew Syed scrutinizing the arguments of people who are radically committed to non-violent solutions to conflict, while contemplating whether there's any possibility of holding onto the idea of peace.

Schirch is the Richard G. Starmann, Sr. Professor of the Practice of Peace Studies in the Keough School of Global Affairs and a core faculty member of the Keough School’s Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies. Her current research focuses on the positive roles of technology in “peacetech” and “digital peacebuilding.”
