Kellogg PhD Fellow Nicolás Buitrago-Rey, research associate with the Notre Dame Reparations Design and Compliance Lab has been granted a scholarship, allowing him to carry out the research project "The structural transformation of public law" as a Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, German, November 3–December 2, 2023. This project is on the Specificity of Guarantees of Non-Repetition in the Supervision Resolutions of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
