Inter-American Court of Human Rights: The Lab has submitted a qualitative database along with the Users Manual to facilitate the Court’s work and have advanced in the consolidation of a formal partnership for updating and expanding the dataset and its use.

Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law: The Reparations Lab has conducted research together with the Institute about the Inter-American System of Human Rights. This includes participation at workshops, project incubators, seminars, conferences, and research visits within the Ius Constitutionale Commune (ICCAL) Project.

Klau Institute for Civil and Human Rights: Funding support and event organization. The Klau Institute was one of the co-sponsors of the recent conference: “Toward Effective Reparations: A Discussion on Human Rights, Climate Change, and International Development” held on February 28th, 2024 and organized by the Reparations Lab.

Notre Dame Law School Global Human Rights Clinic: Joint research, academic and advocacy efforts. The Global Human Rights Clinic and the Reparations Lab have submitted expert opinions and drafted papers on climate change litigation. Along with the Clinic’s lead, the research of the Lab was presented in public hearings of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and in the context of the United Nations 4th International Conference on Small Island Developing States.

The Human Rights Commission of the State of Mexico: The Reparations Lab is working with the Commission on an index to measure the state of compliance with human rights in the State of Mexico at the municipal level. The Lab has designed the methodology and instruments to collect data to create the measurement, and the Commission is leading the work in the field to gather the information.
