Inter-American Court of Human Rights: Reparations Qualitative Dataset  - March, 2024

This database consists of the compilation of all judgments issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in contentious cases up to December 2022 and the identification and analysis of the text segments referring to reparations in each decision. The database is stored in the "MAXQDA 2022" software.
