Faculty Fellow Drew Marcantonio co-authored an analysis in Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists about the devastating impact of Cyclone Daniel on Libya.
Marcantonio writes, “It is not yet clear how Daniel’s fallout will impact Libya’s stalemated conflict. In regions that are at high risk of conflict, extreme events like Daniel can be the spark that sends a country over the edge into outright war.”
