2016-2017 This proposal requests funding for an international, multi-continental conference, tentatively titled “Reimagining African Catholic Theology,” to be held in Rome from March 22-25, 2017 at the Notre Dame Global Gateway and additional locations at the Vatican, in collaboration with various theological, ecclesiastical, and academic entities both within and beyond the University of Notre Dame.
