The Kellogg Institute for International Studies, part of the University of Notre Dame’s new Keough School of Global Affairs, is an interdisciplinary community of scholars that promotes research, provides educational opportunities, and builds linkages related to democracy and human development.

Sanjay Ruparelia (Spring ’09), assistant professor of politics at the New School for Social Research, will be a visiting fellow at the Project on Democracy and Development at Princeton University and a fellow of the American Council of Learned Societies for the 2012–13 academic year, pursuing the project, “Enacting a Right to Basic Social Welfare: India’s Great Transformation in Comparative Historical Perspective.
