Emiliana Vegas
Co-Director, Center for Universal Education, The Brookings Institution

Having provided technical advice and financial support for several of these key reforms, Vegas will discuss some of the key drivers behind the reforms, how data and evidence from Chile and other choice-based school systems helped inform the design, and some of the initial effects.
