The Kellogg Institute for International Studies, part of the University of Notre Dame’s new Keough School of Global Affairs, is an interdisciplinary community of scholars that promotes research, provides educational opportunities, and builds linkages related to democracy and human development.
Our welcoming intellectual community helps foster relationships among faculty, graduate students, undergraduate students, and visitors that promote scholarly conversation, further research ideas and insights, and build connections that are often sustained beyond Notre Dame.

ISP Alumni Virtual Talks
The Kellogg Institute is hosting a series of virtual talks with its distinguished alumni. The week of March 18-22, students of the Kellogg International Scholars Program are invited to meet with four of Kellogg's ISP alumni via virtual Alumni Talks. Below are more details about each session. Kellogg alumni will talk about their careers and share advice with current students. In her senior thesis, Kellogg International Scholar Taylor Still ’18 is exploring a very specific dimension of consent—its relation to democracy—as she constructs a sophisticated analysis of American and Italian perspectives on feminism and political representation.
This year marks the tenth annual student-led Human Development Conference (HDC) at the University of Notre. With the theme “Decades of Development: Contextualizing the Past, Envisioning the Future,” the conference's keynote event will be a conversation with Ray Offenheiser, who also presented the keynote address at the first HDC in 2007.
