Zulf Bokhari is a partner in the Finance Department and a member of the Banking Practice of Latham & Watkins LLP. Based in Chicago, he represents leading commercial and investment banks in the syndicated loan markets. Bokhari’s primary practice involves the structuring and syndication of senior credit facilities, including acquisition, recapitalization, bridge, working capital, and other domestic, cross-border, and multicurrency financings.
A 1993 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Bokhari earned his JD from Notre Dame Law School in 1996.
He began serving on Kellogg's Advisory Board in 2015.
