Kevin Fink works as a program manager II within Pulte Institute's Innovation and Practice Division. He provides proposal development and project management for global development programs, with a particular interest in programs that leverage scientific and/or engineering innovations to tackle the world’s toughest challenges.
Prior to joining Pulte Institute, Fink worked for the City of South Bend, where he implemented public works projects that impacted neighborhood development and safety. As both an undergraduate and graduate student at the University of Notre Dame, he served as a research assistant for Engineering2Empower (E2E)—originally created by faculty within Notre Dame's College of Engineering in the wake of the 2010 Haiti Earthquake—where he helped facilitate access to safe, affordable housing in Haiti.
