Olivia Foley is a senior at the University of Notre Dame, majoring in science-business on a pre-med track with a minor in international development studies. Foley is interested primarily in international health, with focus on lessening disparities in access and quality of healthcare worldwide. During the 2021 winter session, Foley worked as a team member on the St. Francis WASH Project in Uganda, conducted in a virtual internship format through the Kellogg Institute and Kaya Responsible Travel. This project focused on improving the health and sanitation of children diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and was structured in the format of educational workshops. Beyond this program, Foley is also a member of Kellogg’s Student Advisory Board and worked as a summer virtual intern in 2020 through Kaya Responsible Travel.
