Ava Arora is a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame, majoring in Economics with minors in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Computing and Digital Technologies. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Ava now lives in Farley Hall on campus.
Ava’s interests focus on educational equity, sustainable development, and the role of business and finance in driving social impact. She has worked with the IDEA Center at Notre Dame to explore educational inequities and has been actively involved in global initiatives through her role in the Innovation for Impact Club, where she collaborates with Saint Bakhita's Vocational Training Center in Uganda. Ava is passionate about how innovative business practices and financial strategies can create pathways for social and economic mobility. Her experiences studying abroad in Spain, Costa Rica, and Italy have deepened her understanding of cross-cultural challenges and inspired her commitment to addressing global issues.
As a participant in the Kellogg Developing Researchers Program, Ava looks forward to growing in her research skills and contributing to studies that promote global development and equity.
