Faculty Fellow Joshua Eisenman was recently featured in a Washington Post article discussing China’s courting of developing nations in hopes of establishing a new world order.
China refers to its courting efforts as cooperation rather than aid, but Eisenman says that this claim of equality between China and developing nations is more true in rhetoric than in actuality.
