About

Ava Grimaldi is a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame studying political science, with minors in business economics and The Hesburgh Program in public service, on the pre-law track. She is originally from New Smyrna Beach, Florida and now lives in Pasquerilla West Hall. She has found a passion for public policy work, and as a Kellogg Developing Researcher is dedicated to contributing to human rights initiatives worldwide, researching solutions for pressing topics such as human trafficking. At Notre Dame, Ava is a member of the Irish Equestrian Team, Model UN, and Student Policy Network. She is also a volunteer with Holy Cross House, where she visits with retired Holy Cross priests and brothers, providing company and companionship.
