Former Doctoral Student and former Kellogg Visiting Fellow (spring 2010) Carlos Guevara Mann (PhD 2001) has been directing the Master's program in International Affairs at Florida State University, Panama, since 2016. Previously, he worked at Universidad del Norte, Colombia and University of Nevada, Reno. Carlos continues serving as a political commentator, public speaker, and columnist for La Prensa.
