Bridget Mullins holds 15 years' experience in facilitation, community engagement, and organizational development across eleven countries. Her current practice is based in Seattle, WA, at Triangle Associates, an environmental consulting firm dedicated to stewarding equitable and inclusive environmental decision-making. At Triangle, she leads cross-sector projects focused on environmental justice, clean energy access, and climate adaptation and resilience, bringing together diverse stakeholders to co-create strategies that reflect lived experience, foster shared power, and lead to meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
Central to Bridget's approach is her focus on civic imagination—the capacity of people and leaders to collectively envision healthy, equitable futures for everyone. She integrates creative facilitation methods into her work, drawing from her decade of experience as a Playback Theatre artist to enliven public engagement, community planning, and cross-sector collaboration. Her work centers groups historically excluded from decision-making, including immigrants, refugees, communities of color, low-income communities, migrant farmworkers, and Tribes.
Bridget's ways of working and living are deeply embedded in communities of practice, collectives, and networks, most importantly: Enspiral and DSIL Global. At the core of her approach is the belief that how we do things matters just as much as what we do. She is deeply committed to helping agencies and organizations cultivate the mindsets and skills necessary to create environments where trust, participation, and collaborative intelligence can thrive.
