Faculty Fellow Yong Suk Lee was interviewed for an article in CNN Business that discussed the use of artificial intelligence in restaurant drive-thrus.
Lee said that the practice would likely mean fewer jobs for restaurant employees, saying, “It’s a labor-cutting exercise... it’s directly replacing workers.”
