Sarah Brooks is professor of political science at Ohio State University specializing in international political economy, comparative politics of developing countries, and the political economy of risk protection. She is a faculty fellow at the Mershon Center for International Security Studies and has published extensively on sovereign risk, global capital flows, and the political effects of economic insecurity in Latin America and Africa. She holds a PhD from Duke University.
