Anya Zivanov ‘28 is an Economics major with a supplementary major in ACMS and a minor in French. Her research interests lie in applied and computational mathematics and their applications to global economic questions. Zivanov is particularly interested in how quantitative methods can be used to analyze large-scale systems and provide insights into international topics. She hopes to pursue opportunities that combine economics with mathematical and statistical approaches to economic and social challenges.

On campus, Zivanov is involved in Student Government, photographs and edits for the Yearbook, and tutors for Notre Dame’s Learning Resource Center.
