Anna Johnson (sociology and peace studies) received her B.A. in international affairs from George Washington University, where she was awarded the Norman H. Friend Prize for scholastic achievement and leadership potential from the Elliott School of International Affairs.
Anna has nearly six years of experience working with Palestinian and international humanitarian organizations in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Most recently, she worked for Mennonite Central Committee organizing learning tours to Palestine/Israel. She is interested in the growing industry of Christian peace and justice tours, including the possibilities these tours hold for affecting social change as well as their effect on local communities.
