Valentina Salazar is an attorney and assistant professor with interests in human rights, legal theory, and the computational analysis of law. She earned her LLB (first class) from Universidad Externado de Colombia and her LLM in International Human Rights Law, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. Valentina has worked at Universidad Externado Law School publishing papers and teaching courses on constitutional theory, criminal law, the Inter-American System of Human Rights, and AI's relationship to human rights. Valentina has also presented cases and actions before the Colombian Constitutional Court and served as an advisor, fellow, and consultant to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights where she coordinated Themis.
