Kellogg Institute Advisory Board member Sophie Chandauka, MBE,  is Founder and Chair of Nandi Life Sciences LLC. She is a senior attorney with over 20 years of experience leading corporate finance, M&A, legal, compliance and operations functions for complex, systemically important and highly regulated global corporations including Meta, Morgan Stanley and Virgin.

As a campaigner for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Chandauka is head of race equity strategy for the 30% Club, a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), chair and chief strategist of The Network of Networks (TNON), chair and executive founder of the Black British Business Awards (BBBAwards). 

Now based in New York City, Chandauka was born and raised in southern Africa. Through various merit-based scholarships, she was educated in Canada, the US, and the UK. She is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow and has served on several non-profit boards, including Sentebale, founded by the Duke of Sussex, to support children affected by HIV/ AIDS in Africa. In 2021, she was honored by HM Queen Elizabeth II and appointed as a Member of the British Empire (MBE) for her service to diversity in business.
