Kerrigan serves as CEO of Alta Environmental, an environmental services firm focused on solving the environmental remediation and compliances needs of California companies, municipalities, and public sector organizations. He also is engaged in mergers and acquisitions advisory, serving as managing director of Kerrigan Advisors.
Previously, he was managing director at Serent Capital, a $250 million private equity fund focused exclusively on growing, service-sector companies, and president of TL Fabrications, a specialty steel fabrication company. He started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy, organizational issues, pricing, and business valuation.
Kerrigan serves on the boards of the Pacific Club, the Orange Catholic Foundation, and La Monarca Bakery Co. and is active in the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Southern California Chapter.
He holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, an MSFS degree from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service, and a BBA in finance summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Newport Beach, California, with his wife Erin and their three young children.
Kerrigan began serving on Kellogg's Advisory Board in 2006.
