Valeria Won is a student at the University of Notre Dame (’28) majoring in Economics and Art History, with minors in Computing and Digital Technologies and the Glynn Family Honors Program. Originally from Lima, Peru, she is interested in research at the intersection of economics, politics, and Latin American studies, particularly how political institutions and public policy shape economic outcomes in the region. She previously interned as a Sales Operations Intern at adidas, where she supported cross-functional teams and developed experience in data analysis and business operations. Valeria has beginner experience in Python and C, as well as intermediate proficiency in Excel, and is continuing to build her technical and analytical skill set to support research and policy-oriented work.
