Jimmy McHugh is a junior at Notre Dame majoring in economics with a concentration in financial economics and econometrics and a minor in the Hesburgh Program in public service. Outside of the classroom, Jimmy serves as Vice President of Keough Hall and Co-President of the Gaelic Athletic Association. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and traveling.
He is particularly interested in social equity, including studying food insecurity, as well as international economic development. Jimmy hopes to build upon his research abilities to contribute towards meaningful and impactful projects, both personal and in collaboration with others.
