Guadalupe M. Ramírez is the Senior Program Manager of Visiting Fellowships and Graduate Student Affairs at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies. She previously served as the program coordinator for the Visiting Fellows and Graduate Student Programs. Lupe plays a pivotal role in facilitating scholarly exchange between Kellogg visiting fellows and Notre Dame faculty and students. She represent the Institute in matters related to visiting faculty/scholars and graduate students, and serve as the liaison for these constituents with the Keough School of Global Affairs Dean’s Office and other units across the University.
Lupe earned a B.A. in Spanish Literature with a specialization in Chicana/o Studies and a Minor in Education Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has been with the Institute since 2016.
