About

This profile was current as of 2017, when she was part of the on-campus Kellogg community.

This semester, I will be continuing my research with Prof. Johansen on the utility of war, civil resistance, and the codification of international law.  The research is intended for providing insight into fighting terrorism, promoting the rule of law, and conducting more sustainable peace processes.

I received a grant from the Kellogg Institute to partner with the Foundation for Sustainable Development in Salta, Argentina during the summer after sophomore year. I worked with a NGO called Manos Abiertas, where I translated a high school curriculum in civic responsibility and leadership, did a recycling project and book drive at a rural school, and worked at a men's homeless shelter.  I also spent last semester abroad in Santiago, Chile.
