Clodagh McEvoy-Johnston is a junior studying Global Affairs and Peace Studies with a minor in civil and human rights. She is a native New Yorker and also holds Irish citizenship. Clodagh recently attended a two week immersion trip to Bosnia with Professor Mahan Mirza, where she and her peers learned about genocide and peacebuilding. Clodagh then spent the following weeks interning at Grace Farms Foundation, where she conducted extensive research on the state of human trafficking in the cocoa industry of Côte d’Ivore. Clodagh’s particular research interests include peacebuilding and conflict resolution in the wake of mass atrocities and genocides. Her geographic research interests include Sub-Saharan Africa and South America. Clodagh is a student affiliate of the Klau center and a Commissioner at her residence hall.
