Benadett Douglass is a Global Affairs major with a minor in Russian at the University of Notre Dame. Her interests include international law and security, human rights, and public policy, with a particular focus on Russian-speaking countries and Southeast Asia.
On campus, she is actively involved in the Filipino-American Student Organization, the Notre Dame Archery Club, and the Yearbook. As part of the KDR program, Douglass is currently working with faculty on a research project examining how Russian aggression against Ukraine has transformed and disrupted the thinking of Ukrainian philosophers. She hopes to use this experience, and those to come, to strengthen her research abilities and further develop her proficiency in Russian.
