As the research program manager, Saadat Musabaeva plays an integral role in developing and executing the research portfolios of the Kellogg Institute, supporting and enriching a wide range of activities related to the Institute’s internally funded research initiatives, and contributing to the overall advancement of the Kellogg Institute’s mission and goals as a premier research institute.

Musabaeva holds a Master's in Global Affairs from the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree in international and comparative politics from the American University of Central Asia. She has five years of professional experience in international development, with a primary focus on peace and security. Musabaeva has previously worked with organizations such as Concept Realisation, UNICEF, Fair and Sustainable Development Solutions, and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. She is skilled in project administration and implementation, proposal development, stakeholder management, monitoring and evaluation, and research.
