Ryan Kerrigan is Managing Director of Kerrigan Advisors, a California based advisory firm serving automotive retailers across the US and Canada. He leads the firm’s consulting and capital raising practice, in addition to sell-side transaction work.
He previously served as CEO of Alta Environmental, an environmental services firm in California prior to its sale to NV5 (NASDAQ: NVEE); as managing director at Serent Capital, a middle-market private equity fund focused exclusively on growing, service-sector companies; and as president of TL Fabrications, a specialty steel fabrication company. He started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy, organizational issues, pricing, and business valuation.
Kerrigan has served on the boards of The Pacific Club, the Orange Catholic Foundation, and La Monarca Bakery Co. and is active in the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Southern California Chapter. He is currently Chairman of the YPO Global Automotive Network.
He holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, an MSFS degree from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service, and a BBA in finance summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Newport Beach, California, with his wife, Erin, and their three children.
Kerrigan began serving on Kellogg's Advisory Board in 2006.
