About

Viva Bartkus is associate professor of Management and founder of the Meyer Business on the Frontlines program, which is dedicated to the belief that there is dignity in work and that all people can contribute to society. Her current research and teaching interests concentrate on two areas: the leadership approaches most effective in solving complex business problems and the social capital of communities that enables collaboration. 

 Prior to joining the faculty at Notre Dame, Bartkus spent 10 years in consulting at McKinsey & Co., with the last four years as a partner.
