Former Visiting Fellow and Chilean Fulbright Chair Fernando Alvarado published an article in El Mercurio Inversiones in order to promote the Kellogg Fulbright Program. In his article, he analyzes the development of Chile and how the severe polarization and fragmentation within parliament and the elites has impacted the country.
