Faculty Fellow Paul Winters self-authored an article in FarmingFirst that outlines the methods by which food and agriculture must be modified to protect the global climate. The opinion piece “Seven Food and Agriculture Innovations Needed to Protect the Climate and Feed a Rapidly Growing World” provides detailed examples of innovations that could alter the world’s food and agriculture. 

Paul Winters is currently the Keough-Hesburgh Professor of Global Affairs in Notre Dame’s Keough School of Global Affairs and Kellogg Faculty Fellow.
