Demanding Development: The Politics of Public Goods Provision in India's Urban Slums, by former Visiting Fellow Adam Auerbach, was just published with Cambridge University Press, in the Cambridge Studies in Comparative Politics Series. It described the struggle of India's slum residents in demanding and securing essential public services from the state.

The author said, “My year-long Kellogg Visiting Fellowship was absolutely foundational in transforming my dissertation into this book. I benefitted so much from my sustained interactions with faculty and staff at Kellogg during that year. Thank you for all of your support and help making this book possible.”
