Danchen Zhao grew up in China. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics with highest honors in 2019 from the University of Texas at Austin. He specializes in studying the macroeconomic and structural change implications of climate change. He has a working paper addresses the climate-induced food problem in the developing countries and its implications for trade and climate policy.
