Clare Ribando Seelke

Clare Ribando Seelke is a specialist in Latin American Affairs at the Congressional Research Service, the research arm of the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. She came to CRS as a Presidential Management Fellow (PMF) and completed rotations with the State Department in the Dominican Republic and with the U.S. Agency for International Development in Washington D.C. as part of her PMF fellowship. She covers Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Mexico, as well as a number of cross-cutting issues such as gangs, energy, and trafficking in persons. Seelke holds a Master of Public Affairs and Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Notre Dame.
