Transportation and Travel
The program fees include a round-trip air ticket from a major airport near the student's home town to Vancouver. An airport shuttle service is provided from the 3rd week in August to the first week of September. Click here for further details.

Housing and Meals
Students will be placed in on-campus dormitories. The housing office makes an effort to ensure that international students are distributed evenly throughout the campus so that they have a chance to meet local students as well. Depending on the residence hall you may have a self-contained unit with a small kitchen or you may have a cafeteria in your dormitory with a meal plan. Students will prepare their own meals, or buy them in the campus cafeteria or nearby restaurants. The University of Notre Dame will provide a stipend for this purpose.

Health Care
All exchange students must have medical insurance that covers them for the entire time that they are in Canada. One term only students are automatically covered under iMED (Mandatory Medical Insruance). The cost of iMED for one term only students is $170. Students can pay for iMED on-line, on the Student Service Centre. For more details on iMED coverage, please visit www.david-cummings.com/imed (Insurance Company website).
