The Romero Lecture Series is organized by Latin American/North American Church Concerns (LANACC) and is made possible through generous support provided by many sponsors. We are especially grateful for the generous support provided by the Bishop Shaheen Leadership Fund

Latin American/North American Church Affairs (LANACC) was founded in 1985 by the Rev. Robert S. Pelton, CSC, to foster pastoral bonds between the churches of South, Central, and North America. LANACC carries out a mission of information, interpreting the Catholicism of Latin Americans to their fellow communicants in North America; promoting fraternity and unity between faith communities throughout our hemisphere, and encouraging greater involvement of United States churches in the ongoing quest for the peace, socioeconomic justice, and universal human dignity mandated by Jesus Christ.
