Mission

Mexico's small agricultural producers generally have not been able to avail themselves of the benefits wrought by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The partnership between the University of Guadalajara and the University of Notre Dame aims to take advantage of the opportunities created by NAFTA to train and advise small agricultural producers and their associations on how to benefit from the new trade regime.
