Andrew Weller joined McKinsey's Minneapolis office as a Business Analyst after graduating from ND. From September 2017, he then spent 9 months with the company's Africa Delivery Hub in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In May 2018, Meller joined The Perennial Foods Group, a company aiming to ensure sustainable supply chains, farms, and livelihoods for smallholding farmers in East Africa.The company currently works closely with 200+ small-scale partner farmers in Ethiopia. Based in Addis Ababa, Weller leads the launch of the company's first consumer-facing brand, Kib Herbal Tea, and helps manage the crop portfolio of the company's fresh produce brand, GreenPath Food.
