Video Lending Library

Overview

The Kellogg Institute's Video Lending Library contains educational videos (VHS and DVD) pertaining to Africa and Latin America. We encourage you to browse our inventory list and hope that you’ll find some useful materials that will help to enhance your classroom.

Please note that not all the films are rated. Grade level appropriateness is listed for some of the films but educators are encouraged to screen all films before showing them in the classroom.

Lending Policy

Educators are required to submit a one time lending agreement the first time a video is borrowed. A materials request form must be submitted each time a video is borrowed.

There are no user fees for borrowing the videos; however, educators are required to pay for return shipping via Priority mail or FedEx unless videos are picked up and returned in person to the Institute.
There is a maximum two-week lending period for videos. If the video is not received by the due date a 2-day grace period will be granted for the return of materials. After the 2-day grace period the institute charges a late fee of $2.00 per day. Late fee funds will be used for the acquisition of additional materials.
