Regulations:

1. There are no user fees for borrowing the videos; however, educators are required to pay for return shipping via Priority mail or FedEx unless videos are picked up and returned in person to the Institute.
2. The borrower agrees to replace or pay for any lost or damaged materials.
3. Items are not to be used for commercial purposes.
4. All items will be returned on the due date specified by the Outreach Coordinator. Any extension requests must be approved via phone or email by the Outreach Coordinator within 5 days of the due date.
5. There is a maximum two-week lending period for videos.
6. If the trunk is not received by the due date a 2-day grace period will be granted for the return of materials.
7. After the 2-day grace period the institute charges a late fee of $2.00 per day. (Late fee funds will be used for the acquisition of additional materials.)
