Former Faculty Fellow George Lopez (political science and peace studies) speaks to the question of long-term peace on the Korean peninsula (abc57 News). Lopez emphasizes the North Korean dictator has "a lot of leverage this time around." His comments are given within the context of President Trump becoming a candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts in denuclearizing the peninsula.
