Ryan J. Kerrigan

Kerrigan is a managing director of Serent Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing in high growth service businesses.
Previously, he spent five years as the president of TL Fabrications, a steel fabrication company. Under his leadership, revenues tripled and profits quadrupled. Earlier, Kerrigan spent four years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy, organizational issues, pricing, and business valuation. His clients included leading companies in the insurance, financial services, chemical, and telecommunications industries.
Kerrigan serves on the boards of TL Fabrications and La Monarca Bakery, as well as several nonprofit boards. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Legatus, an organization of Catholic business leaders.
Kerrigan holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, an MSFS degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, and a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
